They are excellent. Best in price range on the market. You eill be surprised how much dust they collect.

Thanks OP been looking for a deal on one of these for a while and have now bitten!

Good to know what’s the warranty by chance I’ve just had a look but couldn’t see what it says ?

Found it to be excellent so far. I have carpet mainly in my house and it cleans very well. The app is fantastic to use. Always fills up the container on every run

Been thinking of getting one of these. I’ll give it a go. Purchased

Price is scorching, but reliability on these tends to be an issue.

And it’s not laser mapped ( to be fair you would expect it be for the price)

If you want this model, this price is stunning. But I would suggest if you are looking for a robovac then do your research before buying, as the payoff of price vs reliability might not be one that you wish to consider.

I find that even with the random lines, it’s been hitting most spots every time even with multiple rooms. Definitely not as good as laser mapped but can’t really complain for this price.

Indeed – the price is excellent. In terms of a hot deal you probably don’t get much hotter.

The question is simply durability. Lots of people saying this fails just outside of warranty.

I know someone who had one of these company’s vacs they told me the trouble is once out of warranty a good Hoover can’t be fixed as they wouldn’t sell spare parts this is my concerns with eufy to be honest as I recall the only issue he had was the bristles and they only wanted to sell him another machine (same one they had reconditioned) but not the part he needed so

£119.04 ‘used good’ lowest price now available

Thanks for buying Amazon warehouse stuff.

£125 for used very good which usually means next to new

I have hard floor with throw rugs of varying lengths and fibre depth, as well as tile in the kitchen, do you think it’d be suitable? I have a border collie so lots of hair, any experience w pet hair? How is it on carpet with pet hair?

I bought this model just before Christmas and it’s been great at keeping the dog hairs down on our laminate floor in the living room.
Bumps around but seems to do the job and automatically starts edge cleaning along furniture when required.
I hope with it being an Anker product and it fails just outside of warranty they would be pretty good with sorting you out.
Heard good things about just out of warranty stuff with them.

I bought a Robovac 30c from Amazon Spain last year for 180 Euros as a result of a deal posted here. I do regret it as it’s not really suitable for our house’s layout (townhouse) or setup (we have a messy two year old). Our living room has real wooden floors with a few rugs. The bin compartment in it fills up quickly and then ends up smearing dust bunnies across the floor. The fact that it moves on a totally random manner frustrates the hell out of me and I’m not convinced it actually covers all of the room.

Saying that, we did also give it as a present to the in-laws and it seems to deal better with open plan layouts and thinner carpets.

I gone for good condition,125, the other one for 120 but said missing bag, filter.

I never been fan and stuck to my trusty hoover but review sound good and I can get into for 120 ,if no good back it goes

I noticed it not max version, is suction still good

1 year warranty/known to break down, no repair option.

I have a similar robot vac which has 1400pa, its not nearly enough power, especially on rugs.

Add to that the fact that the battery can’t be replaced. It’s a lot of money to spend on something that’s probably going to be with you for about a year.

Unfortunately if you look for any precious deals on HUKD for this vac, lots of people saying same thing- it fails after 12 – 18 months.

I have the 30C Model. I’ve hardly used it even though it does actually seem to collect a lot. It likes to bump its way around the room and annoys my wife, so he just lives in there corner of the room. I wish I bought one with a more logical approach to finding its way around.

Budget wise, look at the roborock e25. Its £200. Other than that you’re looking at a more exspensive one.

Thanks for your suggestion. Seems good value for money….problem is I’m trying to convince the mrs to let me buy a new Dyson V10

Will this cover approx 60sqm in one go? Not much furniture so quite open, also all wooden flooring, no carpets or rugs.

And without Lidar, can it do a good job at night in the dark? With lockdown I’m spending literally all day on the ground floor, so don’t want to have this bumping around in the background if it can only operate when there’s light…

It does a decent job in our living room and pretty much gathers everything up (dog hairs mostly) after about 20 minutes.
Has a run time of about 100 minutes and our living room is 36 sqm so 60 sqm might be wrapped up inside an hour.

It will bump around though whether it’s light or dark but it’s quite a gentle bump and tends to stop short of skirting and turn before hitting the sides.
It tends to go into an edge cleaning mode later to get down the skirting boards, likely down to the algorithm it uses during the cleaning cycle.
Quite noisy though, have to crank the tv volume up a bit when it’s doing it’s thing.

Then I’ll be testing their customer service with a vengeance.
Should at least expect it to last 2 years or so.

any been dispatched yet

Yes received mine this afternoon. Didn’t come in original box and didn’t have manual (found instructions online no problem) or the boundary strip but everything else included. No sign of use or scratches and tried it out tonight for an hour and am very pleased with it. Thanks op.

Got mine used acceptable. You can tell its been used and noisier than I expected but picked some dust up and want it for under beds etc.

Was original box, brushes a little worn and little dirt in the treads otherwise ok

received mine, came in original box, everything wrapped up, all accessories, tho I did have good condition one for 125 as that was left, looked brand new to me , stickers still on, connect no problem, flat so charging, got a bit stuck on few wires but it got out, and brushes cheap to replace

This model doesn’t operate with boundary strips so that would be why you didn’t get any

well it’s running, only problem is, it sometimes will pull up rugs maki it harder but it eventually goes over then

ours came missing all accessories (even though they were meant to be included), and it appears that the battery is buggered – works about 15 sec and then goes off.
oh, and it came fully of dirt and the wheels covered in dog poo.

Does this not have the feature where you can prevent it from going into a certain area of a room? I thought I could do it via the app but can’t seem to find the option. It got stuck on the sloping coffee table leg

Mine came barely used, probably only used once. Was a used acceptable one that wasn’t missing anything according to the description but I think its missing the extra filters that it comes with? Or did everyone get just a single filter? It was also missing the cable ties I think judging by the manual
